Personally, I have only run into a few minor issues that haven't affected my experience at all, but I'm curious to find out what others have run into so far.
Since its release, I have come across multiple reports of people experiencing multiple glitches (even some game crashes) with Shenmue I&II HD.
As a fan, it makes me sad to hear of some newcomers to the series not having the best experience due to technical issues.
